Karen Kilpatrick is the author and co-illustrator of the award winning children’s books series, Pumpkinheads® (Carmin Cares, Ella’s Toys, Love Monster Lulu, Sage’s Song and Danza’s Message). REVIEW

The author wrote a wonderful little book for children that has lessons about sharing, giving, generosity and friendship.  These are some very important lessons to learn.   Ella thinks her toys are beyond compare but She is finding out that playtime isn't much fun when you are alone.She finally decides that having friends to play with is a whole lot more fun than being alone.  She had been selfish and found out that sharing is a lot more fun when her friends are around.  This little book with all its wonderful, colorful illustrations to go with the lessons is one that every child should read or be read to.  After reading the book for a while, the lessons of sharing, giving and friendship will begin to take shape in the little one's minds.  They will begin to know what it means and find that it is much more fun to not be selfish.The book is written in rhyme which children seem to love.   The author wrote the book to help encourage young ones in the area of emotional growth.   They will become better adults for learning these lessons early.Go get this book and read or have your little ones read it.  It's a must read.The book was the Winner of Parent Tested Parent Approved Seal of Approval and Academic's Choice Smart Book Award.
