The author, Steven Manchester, has a gift for writing. The book captures your attention on the first page. This is a book you won't forget. It is a heart breaking story about family problems. This book has the power to change the world we live in. Wouldn't it be different world if everyone would just say how we feel, tell people that we love them, that we have the power to change things. Just a small four letter word has such power. This book is such a page turner, a boo k you can't pt down.The author did a great job of creating realistic characters. It's like you know everyone and you're on the farm. The author writes with just the right amount of mix without going too far.
If you'd like a well written novel that has fine detailed characters, loaded with emotion, then this is for you. The novel, THE ROCKING HAIR is an easy read and one very fine quality is it focuses on family, which should bind everything together. There are some valuable lessons that can be learned from this book. You may grab hold and overcome your past and improve your future. Go pick up; a copy and discover the masterpiece that Steven Manchester has written. I would recommend THE ROCKING CHAIR to everyone. It's a reminder about how much we learned sitting on the porch by THE ROCKING CHAIR and what a wonderful feeling it was.
