Now there is the perfect eye opener. what we have come to think of certain things. Green belongs to aliens. I read where someone said that they have read the same things that are in this book countless times in other books. That's O.K.Everytime we read another author's version of a subject, we pick up bits and pieces of facts and fiction. But what's important is that we start to use that grey matter in our heads and THINK< THINK>. When we use our brain, even if we don't believe we learn and if we do think there may just be a possibility it could happen, we might take heed of our surroundings instead of being so, Let me alone, Don't bother me.
Marrs describes many visual things. I wish there had been some illustrations to put with the visual descriptions. I know there are many out there that think all this is hog wash, unbelievable and just another fantasy read. But on the other hand, there is always room for speculation and the thoughts of probable civilizations that have been out there for ages and may have survived and are surviving and living well on planet earth. Don't ever give up the ability to look into the future and better yet, look at today. Mysteries exist even if we don't like it. For us not to believe in mysteries, conspiracies, futures that are nothing like today's world, would show how uninformed and straight laced we are. It means the only thing that can be true is what we learned when we were little. It means we haven't taken the time to READ and THINK. We have just been getting by and getting by is not good enough, not for you, nor me, nor anyone.
I would give this book a 4 stars.
