Hope Toler Dougherty holds a Master’s degree in English and taught at East Carolina University as well as York Technical College. A member of ACFW, RWA and SinC, she writes for Almost an Author. Before writing novels, she published non-fiction articles on topics ranging from gardening with children to writing apprehension. She cheers for the Pittsburgh Steelers, ACC basketball, and Army West Point Football. MY THOUGHTS
I love this author. It seems she writes from the heart and soul and when you read it goes straight to your heart and soul. The author gives you so much, suspense, a sweet romance, those moments when your heart skips a beat, and a bit of mystery. As you turn the pages the characters become more and more realistic. You feel that you can relate to them. Very believable. I loved the mystery. You find as you read that there are questions you want answers to and that keeps those pages turning. And of course, there's that romance that we all love. This was a sweet romance. The kind we all wish would come our way. A good Christian read. Looking forward to more on Mary Wade, Brett and Gigi. Will there be a lasting romance between Mary and Brett.? Will Brett be her knight in shining armor or will Mary's heart be broken?
