MY THOUGHTS:   These books that Ms. Roman writes are giving your children a chance to travel (in their minds) and learn about other countries while having fun.  They are learning and may not even realize it.   I like that harder words have their pronunciation put in parenthesis and at the end of the book is glossary with pronunciation along with meanings.    This book about Germany, called Deutschland and known as the Republic of Germany. The book has colorful illustrations to go along with the story.  Children and adults alike can learn about facts of Germany,  There are two rivers, 16 states and you can learn about what kind of money they use, visit Castles and fun places.  You can learn what kinds of foods they eat, what celebrations they have.  The books that Ms. Roman writes are written in a simple way  so that children and adults alike can enjoy and travel to far away places.  Some of the words may seem hard but pronunciation is in parenthesis and there is a glossary at the end of the book.   A good way for children to learn new words and increase their knowledge.  Books from Ms. Roman are always fun, interesting, a source of learning and you want more countries to travel to when you are done reading.  I hope lots of children get the opportunity to read Ms. Roman's books for children.

I received a copy of this book from the author and voluntarily decided to review it.

I would give this book 5 STARS.
