NOEL
Book Two
Holiday Series
by
George Gage
Our reckless and uninhibited contamination of the planet's five oceans has now reached dangerous levels, for a starting point for Ms. Irving's terrifying presentiments described in Noel. Starting off in a maritime disaster from hell itself, radiation floods into the already corrupted water of the Trash Vortex in the northern Pacific Ocean. It had been the final ingredient missing in that horrible soup, triggering a very dangerous effect: another kind of intelligent life was born out there. Humankind's inadvertent answer to God's only begotten son, this millennial Frankenstein then wreaks havoc on the natural world. While the surviving characters from Thanksgiving valiantly try to save the world, a biblical apocalypse closes in on them. On all of us, and the healing embrace of any savior may never be returned.

THE HOLIDAY SERIES is an ongoing chronicle of mysteries and frightening adventures. They went on to save the world in NOEL, the second in the series.

MY THOUGHTS
This book isn't about Jesus Christ but about a creation that God had nothing to do with. Now, remember you have to set your beliefs aside and use your imagination as a possibility that this could have been. Fictional, very much so. Pollution was the culprit. This culprit was born in the North Pacific Ocean. Now everyone knows we don't take care of our planet, never have and still don't. As a result, even though some try, we have developed a Trash Vortex. Somehow this trash got radiation added and what happens isn't pretty. A real nightmare, for REAL. The book was a little hard to get into and read a bit slow. I'm sure it was intended to stir things up as individuals to start taking care of things. Wake up! Our world is hurting and we're doing the damage. But can the damage that has already been done, be undone? I had a hard time sorting things out and until I stopped and thought on it, there was a hidden part that was political. I guess when I read I want to enjoy and relax. This book took too much thought for me. I'm sure there are those out there who would thoroughly enjoy this book but it just wasn't for me. Try it yourself and you may like it.
I received this book from the author and Word Slinger Publicity
I would give this book 3 STARS.
