DARK ROAD HOME
A Gin Sullivan Thriller

MY THOUGHTS
What happens when tragedy strikes and justice isn't forthcoming? It gets put in the past, or at least it appears so. Gin (Virginia Sullivan) has lost her sister Lily, whose body after 20 years has just now been found, a strained relationship with her parents and trying to keep the town she grew up in as far away as she can.
She lost her childhood sweetheart after he became the prime suspect in her sister's disappearance, now she has a new man in her life but it isn't the same and never will be. She puts on a facade, pretending that it doesn't matter. But when her sister's body is found, she has to go home, to the past, to the man she loved and still loves, to try to find who murdered her sister.
The road home, trying to get relationships back, facing the past and all the nightmare that comes with it, is indeed a DARK ROAD HOME. Will there be light?
As much as a person wants that past life you could have had, you can't have it back. At least not the same life. Dark secrets once thought to be laid to rest have come back to haunt Gin and everyone around her. We all have our dark secrets just as Gin did.
Will Lily's murderer be found? Will Gin and Jake find what they lost?
What about the new dark secrets that have entwined with the old?
