 From the Author

Ten Things Readers KNOW about Lillian BUT DON'T KNOW YET!

  1. Readers know Lillian started drinking heavily when she was twelve-years-old.
  2. She and readers haven't fully realized what may have triggered that self-medication. She's been blaming and guessing most of her life.
  3. Readers know Lillian's admitting she had a problem drinking doesn't lead to sobriety.
  4. Readers have come to realize her addiction to alcohol is a minor problem compared to many of her other challenges.
  5. Readers know Lillian has conflicting emotions when it comes to her mother Dahlia.
  6. What readers don't know is the real reason why!
  7. Readers know Lillian desires love in her life.
  8. But who will Lillian pull to in order to satiate her desire to be loved?
  9. Readers know they need to trust the characters to answer unresolved questions as the series progresses.
  10. Readers can become one of those characters ( name in next Lillian Dove novel) by signing up as a contact on my website for a chance of a free book and name in next novel. Drawing decided 8/30/2016

 REVIEW
Here comes trouble. What a combination of  mystery, suspense and an inside look of yourself.  There are times that you'll find your self laughing and on the verge of laughter.  Lillian Dove is out to make herself free of a murder. But, first she must set aside the  story that she can't be trusted, that she is an alcoholic on the road to recovery.  The story is fast paced and will grab your attention as you follow Lillian  through a web of twists and turns.  The author leaves you never knowing what will happen on the next page.  At times you'll be tense, at others, almost laughing.  Not every author can combine these together. Ms. Adamson places her characters in a small town setting and the way life is in Frytown. You can picture the scenery and Lillian is like someone you know.   As you turn the pages you may find yourself on the edge of your seat  What would you do if you were under suspicion for a crime you didn't commit? Would you do a fast getaway or would you stay and fight?  The author will take you on a ride and you won't want to get off, at least not until you finish the book.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author and PUYB in exchange for my unbiased book review.

I would give this book 5 STARS.
