Las Vegas is a world all of its own. A totally different air about it. Poker is played in BIG competitions. Strategy and sizing up your opponents is the key to deciding who is king.
As Kenny Roger"s song says, "know when to hold 'em and know when to fold 'em. Being a winner along with being a Pro, Clutch Henderson was just that. He made it to the table that is worth millions of dollars. Lady Luck wasn't on his side. Once again he didn't make it and his heart failed him.He hadn't become famous as he had wanted and he hadn't told his girlfriend all he had to say. That million dollar table was his last hand and even though it had killed him, he wasn't ready to cash out. His soul wouldn't let him.
A year later, Clutch, or should I say his ghost? enters the picture to give talent and guidance to a down on his luck, Telly. Telly wants to become a pro poker player but he just doesn't have what it takes. Will Clutch be able to help Telly? What will Clutch learn from this? Is winning in Vegas all there is? Don't miss out on this great book, centered around the night life of Vegas annd the powerful game of Poker.
Mr. Cash never fails to deliver books with rather different characters, with some lessons to be learned. His books take you right into the scenes. It's like you are there. A fun and thought provoking book.
I was given a complimentary copy of POKERGEIST from the author Michael Phillip Cash for my unbiased view of the book.
