This is a story about achieving success in the midst of a number of incredible obstacles. It is about life as a war refugee with cerebral palsy and goes from early childhood into young adulthood. This story shows what is possible under circumstances that some have said to be impossible. As the writer overcomes some obstacles, others emerge. These new challenges require new strength, determination and to no small degree, they require a strong support system.

AUTHOR

Denis Knezovic was born on January 16, 1986 in Mostar Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Denis Knezovic has lived in three different countries and has received physical therapy in a fourth. This has provided him with unique experiences at an early age. It has also formed his world view and shaped his ideas about the issues that face the world today. Knezovic has earned a Bachelor's degree in history in 2013 at Georgia Gwinnett College He currently resides in Lilburr, Georgia with hiss immediate family.

REVIEW

This author is amazingly strong considering the many problems he has had to face. But facing these obstacles has made him the person he is today. He is a person that can be looked up to. He inspires those who have their doubts concerning themselves. Those that want more out of life but are fearful to try. Mr. Knezovic can give you the desire to believe in yourself. Just look at what he has gone through. Surely we, the readers can work through some of our problems and have some form of success. This young person has had to face so many problems and challenges throughout his young life. He won in the end. Of course, we have a little love in the mix. I won't tell you anything else since you will want to gather your own thoughts as you read the book. I would recommend this book to everyone. No matter what the problem or obstacle, there is a way to succeed. Take a second read of AGAINST ALL ODDS and then look at your problem again. It can be done.
