Becky has Master’s degrees in social work and history, and for her day job she is a social worker. In her writing she tries to answer a question that is important to both social work and history: Why? She always wants to know why people do the things they do or feel the way they feel.

Charlotte Marshall is continually afraid of what she found nine months ago. She is scared that the sadistic murderer is out to find her and gain his revenge from the murder, months ago. She feels she may have to defend herself at some point, so she joins a local gym which starts to build up the confidence that she had lost. She gained it and accepted a job on the internet. This is where she starts her first assignment. The case she is working has her bewildered so she brings in her friend for help, Agent Jack Moore.Things start to bother Charlotte. She was receiving strange calls and emails. She found out they were from the murderer's partner. Thing begin to go from bad to worse. Her friend, Skeet decides to help her with the search after her home was broken into. Things are starting to get dangerous. Fear was inside Charlotte, but she decided she couldn't just live on fear and daily routine to keep her life going. She had to stand tall and strong. Will she be able to do it? Or will the murderer get to her and kill her? The author wrote such suspense in her book. I loved it. The reader got to journey with Charlotte as she tried to solve the mysterious murder.
