currently penning her third novel in her Cricket Creek book series. Her

REVIEW
I knew as soon as I saw the cover and the title of the book, I knew I wanted to read Ms. McClane's book. This book is Book 4 of a series named Cricket Creek novels, each taking place in Cricket Creek, Kentucky, a small town.
This book focuses on the town's retirement community nmed Whisper's Edge. The community struggles, suffering from the hard financial times. Not only that but the previous owners neglected the community. New residents feel their prayers have been answered when they find that there is a new owner.
Unfortunately, the new owner has other ideas. He sees dollar signs and even though the community doesn't know, he plans to sell the community for a big profit.
Cricket Creek is a small, quaint Southern town and the author wrote this charming tale about some quirky seniors.
There is also some sweet comedy in it as well. The characters have been written to be so endearing and heart warming. When you are almost finished with the book, you will be hoping that the story ends as a HAPPY EVER AFTER story.
Another wonderful thing the author added was some romantic comedy. This will definitely be added to the book shelf to re-read again.
