REVIEW
The story is about a young girl and T-Bone, a racehorse that can no longer race. He spends his time alone. The young girl learns some valuable life lessons about life, love and friendship. She learns these lessons from a horse, T-Bone.. T-Bone wants to be special and the lonely, loving young girl is about to change that. She adopts him. They become attached to each others. This attachment brings a big surprise. The author, Ms. Virant takes the little ones on an adventure with T-Bone. That adventure takes them around the world. With the young girl's love and attention, T-Bone becomes a magical horse. The author added rhyme which attracts little ones. They like the rhyming of words.
The author wrote a wonderful little book with a story that has some lessons in it. Lessons of life just like the little girl was learning. The adventure T-bone and the little girl went on was due to the happiness and love they both felt. They were friends. A friend can change loneliness into something rather magical. Magic is powerful and so is friendship and love. T-Bone and the little girl gave each other friendship, love and a different outlook on life. This little book is small so that little ones can hold it in their small hands. There's a place in the front where they can put their name. That is important because that makes that book theirs, all theirs. The cover can be wiped off which is very nice. Little fingers get sticky. This is a good book for parents, grandparents, siblings and little ones to read together. The pictures help tell the story. They are very colorful and interesting. The cover is bright and colorful. The author, Ms. Virant wrote not only a cute little story for the young and the young at heart, but she includes some lessons to be learned also. So, take your little one and go pick up a copy of T-BONE THE FLYING HORSE by Janice Virant and go on an adventure with a magical horse and the little girl that loved him.
I would give this book 5 STARS.
I was given a complimentary copy of T-BONE THE FLYING HORSE from the author, Janice Virant for my honest opinion.

Wow Gayle! Thank you for the wonderful review! T-Bone is my first book and this is my first real review! Woo hoo! I love that you focused on the fun rhyme and the life lessons. He was a wonderful horse! I had the pleasure of rescuing him and teaching him to jump. He loved racing around and jumping anything i'd put in front of him! He went from reject racehorse to champion jumper in only 1 year and 8 months. He unfortunately passed away from colic...but his spirit left me full of happiness. I wanted to share his magic in "T-Bone the Flying Horse" and your review captured that message! Thank you! Janice Virant
