MY THOUGHTS
Have you ever thought you would like to write?  But, you just weren't sure what to write about? In this book, the author shows through her own story how to look within yourself and events, good or bad, t hat have happened in your life.  It can be a coping mechanism.  She shows how writing can be a life long experience.  It doesn't come quickly or easily, but a very rewarding and healing part to your life.  She tells how you should find a peaceful place of your own to be able to spend time thinking and putting your thoughts on paper.  A place for relaxing, reflecting and proceeding with that journey of writing about your life.   It is no different than the fiction writer who tells a story that is in their mind.  When writing about your life, you are telling a story.  The story of your life. But along with telling the events and parts of your life, you need to also take in account others who were a part of that life.  If you are going to put out there for the public to read and it includes other's lives as well, you need to ask them before going public.  They have feelings too.  Be kind and be considerate.  Being creative can be satisfying, healing, peaceful and can help you to come to grips with things in your life you may have found difficult. The book gives many suggestions on how to go about this journey and how it can be an important part of your present and future life.
