About the Author
During her 27 years of teaching, Carol Bradley enjoyed encouraging her students to develop their creative abilities through writing. She has spent the past 15 years in administration, involved in curriculum development. She also mentors new teachers and enjoys helping them with organizational skills. Carol and her husband Ron have been married for fifty years and have four adult children plus nine grandchildren. Sandpiper Dreams is the sequel to Carol's first novel, The Inheritance.

SANDPIPER DREAMS by Carol Leslie Bradley is the sequel to THE INHERITANCE. The author takes us on a journey of love and painful loss; as we meet the charming Carlita Mendoza of Belize. The author takes us through abandoned tunnels and depression as Carlita is longing for the return of her first love, Devin Anderson .
The author wrote a wonderful journey of a young, scared girl that through time becomes a confident and smart woman as she tears down the walls of sadness that have been with her for years. A private investigator, Eduardo Calderon searches and searches for Devin Andersen. After Carlita meets a childhood friend she wants to love again. Devin Andersen's travels are finally brought forth as the lives of Carlita Mendoza and the Andersen family combine.
This book is a lovely novel with a setting of an exotic backdrop of the Belizean shoreline. Much like humans, little sandpiper birds fly along through life.
If you love books about love, loss and people becoming confident after years of being afraid, journeys into the minds hidden places and looking for a lost love, then this book is for you. I would recommend this book to everyone. A lovely book that catches the heart in many ways.
