This book will have you going very deep into yourself to learn how to deal with the stress, frustrations and the troubles and problems that are keeping you from being happy and satisfied. I know as a reader I can relate to so many of the issues that Mr. Freeman introduces. A lot of the time, I find myself releasing some of the old bad habits and problems, but soon finding I'm slipping back into the same old rut as before. I believe after reading the book, I can see some of the probems before they are out right eating away at me. This book is a very good read with much information for anyone who wants to understand why they feel the way they feel and how to overcome them. A lot of us, I know I do, find ourselves judging ourselves and this book will help get our lives back on track. It is a book that you will want to keep on your shelf to read and re-read time and again when you find yourself slipping towards that deep dark hole.
