In this book, the average person can while working with a small staff to learn whose skills are for who to do. That doesn't mean that a business doesn't need a paid accountant. The author wrote a very concise, well written book to fill the areas that a small business doesn't have the knowledge of. The book is a start to Understanding of Financial Accounting Terms; Need, nature and purpose of Financial statements; balance sheet, income statement,statement of Cash Flow. The real basics. The author takes the reader through the fundamentals of accounting, testing at every phase, offering problems, then their solutions and by the end of the even the most novice beginner will begin understanding and applying the individual items in Statement and Statement of Cash Flows and preparing Balance Sheets, Income Statement and Statement of Cash Flows. This is a self learning book. You can go at your own speed and go over and over until you completely understand what to do.
