The book is easy to read and to follow the instructions. The cookbook has over 30 recipes with pictures to show you what it looks like after it's made. In the introductory chapter it has many cooking tips to help you.Quinoa is one of the healthiest foods that you can easily use with pasta or rice. You can even make desserts with it. It is recommended by dietitians to help lose weight. It is also suggested to help lower blood pressure and cholesterol. It can also be used to build muscle in a healthy way. The author shows you how to cook some delicious recipes and how to take the bitterness out of the Quinoa and make it mouth watering. Try It. It's good and healthy.
