INTRO
(from Amazon)
The intrepid Carlson family is once again drawn into defending the U.S. from those determined to traffic in nuclear warhead components on American soil. While the gifted eighteen-year-old twins, Jack and Ava Carlson, attempt to rebuild shattered relationships with their first loves, Nate and Tory Bondurant, ex-Navy SEAL Andy Carlson and his wife Lindsey-a former CIA operative-enlist family friend Orvel Fletcher to investigate an unexpected legacy of Nate and Tory's grandfather, a known ex-KGB agent who sold old Soviet warheads to Iranians eight years before. Several explosive encounters later, the Carlsons, Orvel, and the Bondurants seem to have successfully dealt with all threats-until a dual kidnapping leads to devastating discoveries, new heartbreak, and a desperate fight to the death. REVIEW
This is book four of the Carlson family saga. They own a farm, which was an old plantation, in Virginia.  The author continues the saga as the twins Jack and Ava are now eighteen and attending college.  Caleb was born to Andy and Lindsey. What is still the same is the nuclear weapons in the U.S. The Carlson family is once again drawn into defending the United States. The Iranians still want to own them. Danger comes to the Carlson family.  A rather small killer team takes over their farm.  The Carlson family has Orvel Fletcher along with his aides on their side. Anything will be done to gain the nuclear weapons.  Three states are involved in the fighting.  The author adds suspense, danger, humor and romance.  Dr. Anderson wrote a wonderful book that leaves you wondering who the opponents actually were and who wasn't. This leaves the members of the Carlson family mainly on their own.  You never lose your attention span with this book.  There is always something taking place that keeps you turning the pages.  The author wove a web with many twists and turns.  The reader never knows is the Carlson family will win the battle or not.  The author keeps the suspense level fairly high during the book. Will the Carlson family be victorious or will they lose everything?  Grab a copy of this wonderful book and journey with the Carlson family.

I received a complimentary copy of DESPERATE FARM from Dr. Charles C. Anderson for my view of the book.

I would give this book 5 STARS.
